UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £5.99 for orders below £100.

Standard UK delivery is free for orders of £100 or more.

Dispatch

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Delivery time

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch for standard UK delivery, unless a different estimate is displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

We may charge reasonable redelivery costs where a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected.

International delivery

International delivery is available only where a live shipping option appears at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs charges, import duties or local taxes unless checkout states that these are included.
